Krysia
I am a clinically trained psychodynamic psychotherapist and believe that our early relationships and experiences can continue to shape how we feel, think, and relate in our current lives.
Psychodynamic therapy is about getting to know the parts of yourself that might be outside of your awareness so that real change can happen.
My work is informed by various modalities, including psychodynamic and attachment theory, as well as DBT and mind-body somatic approaches.
I have experience supporting a diverse range of people aged 18+ working at AUT Akoranga Integrated Health Clinic and the Community Alcohol and Drug Service, Waitemata DHB. Before this, I worked as a Dentist for many years in hospital, community, and private practice settings.
